The PADI course of Buoyancy Domain

What is neutral buoyancy? The divers like to float in a neutral state so they do not sink or ascend uncontrollably. It can be a delicate thing if one is not careful. The divers who dominate the highest levels of buoyancy execution have a separate consideration. You have seen them under water. They glide effortlessly, use less air and ascend, descend or remain suspended motionless, almost with thought. They interact delicately with aquatic life and practically do not affect the environment. The Peak Performance Buoyancy PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course enhances the basic techniques you learned as PADI Open Water Diver and elevates them to the next level

The fun part

All the best and most entertaining of this course is to improve your diving techniques as you would not have thought possible and to feel like only with slight movements, you are able to control your body in the water

What will you learn?

  • How to set up your diving equipment to be perfectly balanced in the water.
  • Shades when calculating the ballast so as not to be too light or too heavy even by a small variation.
  • How to be hydrodynamic to save more air and move smoothly in the water.
  • How to float motionless if effort both in vertical position as horizontal or head down.

Key rules

  • Prerequisite for certification: PADI Adventured Diver or equivalent certification
  • Minimum Age: 12
  • Minimum open water training: 2 dives

Your next adventure

Part of the domain of buoyancy is learning how to use your hydrostatic vest. You will also learn about the ballast system, in addition to staying hydrodynamic. This characteristic makes the PADI course of Specialist wrecks or sunken ships the natural companion, because you learn how to move and avoid scratches, snags and move sediments.
